How long is the waitlist?
It varies. We typically have 8–15 families on our waitlist at any time. Most families wait 6–18 months depending on their preferences (gender, timing).
Is there a fee to join the waitlist?
No. Joining the waitlist is completely free. A $500 deposit is only required when you decide to reserve a specific puppy from an announced litter.
Can I specify a gender preference?
Yes. We note your preference when you join. Keep in mind that gender-specific requests may extend your wait time depending on litter composition.
Do you ship puppies?
We do not ship puppies as cargo. We are happy to arrange a nanny flight for families outside driving distance, or you are welcome to fly in and bring your puppy home in-cabin.
What is included with my puppy?
Every puppy goes home with a health certificate from our vet, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming records, microchip registration, a 2-year health guarantee, and a puppy starter kit.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes. We provide a 2-year genetic health guarantee covering heritable conditions. Full terms are included in our puppy contract, which we share with all prospective families.
